Prepare for the Salesperson or Broker Exam
Our Exam Prep Seminar helps prepare students for the salesperson and broker exam. The salesperson exam is a multiple choice exam and consists of two sections. The state portion contains 50 questions covering Nebraska license law and rules and regulations. The national portion is comprised of 80 questions based upon 11 content areas. Approximately 10% of the questions require mathematical calculations.
