The course begins with a discussion of portions of the Nebraska Real Estate Licensing Act which define the obligations of salespersons and brokers to clients and customers. Communication skills, time management, listing, marketing and closing techniques, and how to obtain and service listings complete this course. We recommend completion of Principles & Practices before enrolling in this course. This course is the foundation for the State Portion of the Nebraska Real Estate License Exam
